Can I use betacap tr40 for long time. Many people saying don't use betacap for long time.

If your you are taking it for hypertension you have other safer options to use for long term as you" ll have to take medicine for bp always. Taking it for anxiety, tremors etc you should not have to take it for that long. Then it is not a problem. Consult a doctor before stopping medication.
