Is it safe to take softovac, safelax, vibact -ds, pilex forte ointment for piles during pregnancy. These medicines are prescribed by doctor for piles. But we want to be sure it is safe during pregnancy. Please advise.

Vibact ds and pilex ointment are safe. Softovac and safelax are not so safe and should be taken if symptoms are very severe.in pregnancy it's better to avoid too much medications. For constipation take curd and more of fibre in diet.

Cap vibact ds and pilex forte ointment can be safely used during pregnancy. Softovac and safelax both can also be used during pregnancy, but both have the same function, relief from constipation. Take either softovac or safelax ,do not take both.
