You need to wait for 10 more days after finishing the course. If your period still doesn't come, do the urine pregnancy test. The medicine actually protects the pregnancy so it is safe in pregnancy. Pregnancy is possible in pcod but requires a lot of monitoring.

As soon as you keep your period you can do urine pregnancy test at home to find out if you are pregnant since you have a regular cycles it can take another 10 days maximum but you should know urine test positive if it is pregnancy by them.
