My last periods was 5th june. I did not get periods till 8th july so I consulted gynecologist. She suggested me to take meprate 10 mg thrice a day for 10 days. And she told if you are pregnant you will not have bleeding. And if not within 14 days you will have periods. So I don't know whether I am pregnant or not but if I am pregnant then is it safe to take meprate.

Contraindications of meprate 10 mg tablet if you are allergic to medroxyprogesterone or any other ingredients of the meprate 10 mg tablet. If you are pregnant or planning pregnancy. This is not indicated if you are planning for pregnancy, stop taking this tablet and do your pregnancy test or do sonography, after confirmation you can take this tablet. Or go for ayurvedic treatment which has no side effects.
