Hi. I had a regular 28 days period cycle. But I am not get pregnant since one year, so I consulted doctor, she do blood test, follicular scan on my day 12, 14, & 16. The blood report shows normal and hormones are normal, but in follicular scan found that the follicles are not developed. So next month doctor gave me letroz tablet to stimulate the egg rupture. But in that month also no dominant follicle seen. And next she did abdomenalpelvis scan, in that all are normal, right ovary 10 cc and left is 11 cc and no lesions. My doubt is I get correct period even though egg is not released. Is it pcod or pcos. Pls clear my doubt. Can I conceive naturally.
