If you already have taken the ipill, stop the meprate and wait for your periods. If they don't come after 2-3 weeks, do a urine pregnancy test. It's better to go for oral contraceptive pills for protection rather than taking ipill after the act.

What are you taking meprate for? Since you had taken ipill, you should have waited for next period to come. The chance of conception is negligible if you have taken ipill within the stipulated 72 hours.

Meprate does affect action of ipill if taken within 7 days … do use condoms along now and get a pregnancy test in 3 weeks from now.
