I'm getting unnecessary fear don't know why i'm getting feared during this time my stomach and my gut also makes irritation and heart beat also increases and shortness of breathe why this is happening to me please help me to get rid of this problem i'm not understanding what's my problem.

Hello Chandu , usually this symptoms are due to hyperactivity and this is due to indigestion, you need proper diet regimen, if you follow proper diet , exercise, meditation then you easily out of this fear , Diet - avoid non veg, spicy , junk food, fried food Exercise- As your weight is too much so you need 20 round of surya namaskar daily along with meditation Medicine- For medicinal treatment consult me online.
