I have done all test like pelvis, I have pcod and because of pcod since 1 year I did not get my period. After 1 year, I have taken regestrone tablet, when I was taking regestrone 5 mg tablet, my lower abdomen was cramping, but after taking last dose of regestrone, ni any cramps on my lower abdomen. Today is 3rd day after last dose of regestrone. Now my question is that is there any chance to get my period within 7 days?

There is a good chance but a definite answer can not be given. The ultrasound will be needed to see the endometrial thickness which may have changed depending on which further treatment will be decided.
