My sister was trying for a baby from last 8 months. Her period has been irregular from the very beginning (33 35 39 40 45 etc days long). Her gynecologist suggested clomephene thrice with the same dose 50 mg. Her follicles size via ultra seen in the second and third cycle was 17 20 mm and 14 14 mm respectively after clomid tab. All gone failed. Now after testing her progesterone level on day 21 which was 0.3nl, her gynecologist prescribed duphaston for 25 days from day 5 to day 30. I want to ask if there is any chance of pregnancy this month? How to improve her egg quality? Should she take another dose 100 mg of clomephene with duphaston in the current cycle to enhance the chances of pregnancy or are there any other way?

Any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for a long time. For example I prefer not to give duphaston from 5 th day but prefer to give later.
