I am suffering from viral fever, so doctor suggest me to take dolo 650, pulmocef 500 and metrogyl 400. My baby is of 35 days. So can I breastfeed.

Hello mam if you are taking dolo 650 and still fever is not going down than I am suspecting for the some other illnesses and please do following lab result cbc and please consult and after that and from only fever I can not say anything from it you do you have any other associates signs and symptoms? Please explain than k you please consult and don not take any medicine without physician advice.
