Dr. I have bipolar disorder and I was taking qutan 50 and divaa 750 in night for last 4 months now the psychiatrist has advised me to take qutan 50 and divaa 500 two times (morning and night) with tetrafol plus od. I don't have sexual desire I don't get arousal and I also don't get orgasm (whenever perform). I am diabetic and I have thyroid too (for which I am under treatment). Please advise me best medicine for my problem which have no side effects and addiction.

Sexual problems can be due to diabetes either partially or fully. Discuss with your physician about it. There are no medicine without side effect. You have to weigh the effect vs side effect. Divaa is not an addicting medicine. You need to take it for your life just like diabetes and thyroid medicines.
