Good evening mam. I have pcod and the volume of my left ovary is 10. 1 cc and the right ovary is 9.4 cc and the endometrium thickness is 9 mm. I am so worried about my health mam.in 2019 when I detected with pcod than the volume of my ovaries are 13. 1 cc and 12. 1 cc so after 2 years the volume decreased so please tell me mam that the volume of ovaries is normal or should I cure it properly .give me some nutritional tips and some exercise or yoga what should I do to cure it properly there are lots of symptom shown mam facial hair growth, acne, darken of neck area, irregular periods for 4 to 6 months, female pattern baldness and many more mam .tell me mam how can I cure it it really affects me emotionally or physically. Pcod/pcos is a common hormonal disorder in women which can lead to weight gain and irregular periods.
