I am 22+ having pcod and thyroid. Currently taking thyronorm 62. 5 mg.the thyroid level is normal right now. I was diagnosed with high prolactin in may so my doctor prescribed me cabgolin 0.5 for 2 months. I was also taking regestrone cr 10 mg and normoz for pcod. But then I stopped having the pcod pills as I was having breast tenderness at that point which slowly reduced after stopping the pills. I took cabgolin 0.5 for 2 months and got my prolactin tested. It was 0.3 in the reports. But I was having breast tenderness so my doctor told me to have evion 600 as I was also having huge hair fall at the same time. I took it, both the tenderness and hair fall reduced. I stopped taking it after a month as prescribed by my doctor but now again I am having a bit of breast tenderness. I can sense some of it happens due to gastric issues as it happens around my breast but when it happens on my nipples (not extreme pain, I feel worried. I already have a lot of anxiety regarding my work. Is this tenderness due to hormonal imbalance that has been caused by the pills or something else?

If the breast tenderness happens just before periods and stops after that, nothing to worry that is normal. If not, take evion for another month.

Do you take any medications for gastroc issues? Few antigastric tablets cause a rise in prolactin. Also low levels of tsh cause high prolactin too. So keep your thyroid under check. Continue vitamin e supplements. Sometimes breast tenderness can happen as a part of premenstrual symptoms or pms and subside after periods start. This is completely normal due to progesterone hormone.

The best containers can be because of a pill which is mainly the oral contraceptive pill but if it is just the thyroid and hyperprolactinemia, I don't think so it will cost you this kind of discomfort it can be a sign of premenstrual syndrome and if the prolactin levels are good then I think you should stop cabergoline.

You have pcod, hypothyroidism, and hyper-prolactinemia. All the diseases are well controlled, I understand (if tsh is 4 miu). Ft4 value must also between 1-1.5 ng/dl. Your present problem is persisting breast pain. It can be easily treated with primosa 1000 mg for 2 weeks. Be relaxed you will be fine soon.
