I was feeling some lump type in my internal anal, I took sitzbath twice a day, I am applying pilex ointment. Also taking pilex tablet twice a day after meal. But today I feel some blood strain in stool. Pain is mild. I have gas problem, and I take pantocid tablet in morning, also one librax tablet at night. please suggest.
