Hello, I have pcod and doctor advice me to take incyst m and deviry 10 mg tablets. My doc said deviry shd be taken from 16th to 25th day .i am confused that how should I count lyk 16th day is from completion of period or strong from period? please clear dis.

It should be counted from first day of period not from end of periof.

Yes u need to count from first day of your menstruation. But you are too Young you can try Ayurvedic drugs if not got results then go for Harmonal treatments.
