I am 39 years old male and I have one child. From past few months I am suffering from erectile dysfunction and low libido. I have hypertension and I am on olmin 40 ch and dilzem cd 90. Can I take tadafil 10 mg or himalaya confido.

Himalaya confido you can have .as far as tadalafil is concerned if your blood pressure is controlled with medicine you should start with 5 mg and then you can increase to 10 mg also if you are totally comfortable and don't feel any kind of headache or other side effects with 5 mg moreover when should not be taken daily as its effect longer.
