Hello dr, hope you are fine, sir this is arslan, I want to ask you about your opinion, my question is that, my wife is 29 years old and she is pregnant with g/age 8 week, the problem is that she has pain in right side of abdominal at lower side, we had contacted physicians, according to one of sexologist, his statement is" bowel loops are mild diluted and full of gases, no focal mass seen, no fluid seen. Sir as on his ultrasound report, another doctor has given us, drug co- amoxyclav with drotaverine 40 mg along with omeprazole. She had also injection of diclofenac sodium, with she is feeling better so my questions are below: 1. Are these safe at pregnancy? 2. Is it serious case? 3. Should we continue with same medicine? 4.are these medicine harmful to baby? 5. Please read give your valuable advise. Thanks arslan.

1. Are these safe at pregnancy?- ok but prescribing doctor decides comparing advantages v/s disadvantages. 2. Is it serious case?- no from what you have mentioned. 3. Should we continue with same medicine?- refer to answer for 1 4.are these medicine harmful to baby?- refer to answer for 1.
