Hello, my wife has been pregnant 8 month, and doctor advised to take medicine alivher. Why doctor prescribed this medicine? That's medicine used for man for sexual use, but doctor advised to take medicine for my wife, why? Can you explain?

Someone can not opine why I prescribe soething to a patient, similarly I can not opine on why someone prescribed something. Why part is to be asked to same person who prescribed. It does increase blood circulation.
