I am advised to take ginette 35 for pcod. But I am confused after completing 21 days tablet ,when should I restart this? Should I restart after getting period finished or take first day of my period?

Hello lybrate-user, do not continue that tablet, hormonal pills is not a permanent solution, and cause many side effects, switch to ayurvedic treatment which gives you permanent solution, diet schedule, daily regimen. Diet- avoid junk food totally, curd, non-veg etc take milk and ghee daily in diet, yoga, surya namaskar daily, light cardio, running, jogging,.take alovera juice daily empty stomach.
