Hi, i'm 9 weeks pregnant, today I had done my first ultrasound and it was showing intrauterine pregnancy of ga-6wks 2 days and fetal node not seen, and yolk sac is not visualized, and my intrauterine gestational sac is seen with msd-2.11 cm, is there any issue is my pregnancy?
