Hello. Pain is more a symptom of anal fissure rather than haemorrhoids. Simple haemorrhoids are painless. You might be having haemorrhoids along with anal fissure. You continue using anobliss thrice a day. Also add lots of fluids and fibre in your diet. Do sits baths thrice a day with warm water take a painkiller like tab lyser-d twice a day for 5 days. If your fissure is acute it will heal in 3 weeks. If it dsnt heal by 3 weeks, then it becomes chronic and you may need a small surgery. Consult a good proctologist or a general surgeon in your area. Regards.

Hi lybrate-user, from your history it looks like anal fissure. But detailed examination by a general surgeon is necessary to be sure. Anal fissure has only minimal bleeding / blood stained stools. You may local / topical anesthetic like xylocaine jelly for the pain ,(use it in the anal region before and after defecation). Also you may try sitz bath. Try having a fibre rich diet and adequate oral fluids/wayee.

Anal fissure and piles can be together so don’t be under misconception that if you have haemorrhoids you cannot have fissure it is necessary for you that you get yourself examined by a surgeon to rule out fistula or abscess - meanwhile you can take tablet cremalax once before sleep and apply white vaseline at anus twice daily.
