My age is 39 weight 90 length 5.5 I was having chest pain before 2 months doctor prescribed for 2 d echo and tmt everything was normal and bp also I checked in home for 2 months every second day it was normal and from 3 days bp is fluctuating at morning 1 hour after wake up it is 130/78 and when I come from work to home it is 149/88 upto 1 hour it will be in that average only after 1 hour it will go to 135/79 at night while sleeping it will become 115/75 now I am confused am I having high bp or not should I take medicine or not please doctor help me.
