I used to be very tense nd from then I having irregularities in my heart beats. Sometime it goes upto 120. Nd I am feelings pain in my chest. Nd shortness of breath. Is it due to gastric or i'm going to have heart attack. My age is 25 years old. My oxygen level is good. Even my bp is also normal.
