Even after taking nitroglycerin 6.4 in the morning I am getting angina chest pain today at 4 pm where as without taking this tablet I never got any pain during day time. It is only at 9.30 pm when I go to bed then I get pain and then from the last 15 days I used to keep sorbitrate tablet under my tongue and used to get relief with in 10 minutes and thereafter sound sleep. Please advise.
