Hi doctor, my stomach was bloating of late and was experiencing a cramping effect, hence I was advised to get a usg of the abdomen. The impression of the usg report says: 1. Mild fatty liver 2. Mildly bulky uterus with heterogeneous myometrial echotexture—?adenomyosis. The imaging findings of the uterus says :- mildly bulky, anteverted and measures- 89 * 49 * 41 mm. Myometrial echotexture is heterogeneous. No myometrial sol seen. Endometrial thickness measures- 8 mm. Cervix is normal. Please help me to infer this in simple terms. And is this a very serious matter? Please help. Thanks.
