When I bend down and get up, I feel a little light-headedness and I can also feel it when I sat on the floor and suddenly get up to walk. I feel like my blood is getting up and down in my body. Is this because of my neck cramps? Or hunchback? Or does it indicate something serious like blood pressure problems? I am only 20 years old. I don't have diabetes but pcos.

It can be because of orthostatic hypotension also called postural hypotension. It is a form of low blood pressure that happens when you stand up from sitting or lying down. Orthostatic hypotension can make you feel dizzy or lightheaded, and maybe even cause you to faint. Dehydration is the most common cause. Drink plenty of fluids in the form of water, aam panna, narial pani, bel sharbat, chaach, shikanji etc.
