My son aarav is 3 month old suffering from diarrhea. I had given first normetrogyl syrup. With loperamide and sporlac. Then consult a pediatrician he prescribed septrogyl syrup. And racecadotril and flexon syrup and zinc preparation. But diarrhea is continue. What should I do?

Hello I think you r overtreating your son's diarrhoea. 90% cases do not require antibiotcs. Get his stool checked from a reputed lab, if there is secondary lactose intolerance, he needs to b given lactose free milk 4 few days. Continue zinc 4 atleast 15 days & make sure that he does not get dehydrated by giving him o. R. S.
