I am 27 years old (female). From the past two months am having anal fissures as told by the doctor (homeopathy) I had been visiting. I took #b9 drops for around 1 month. Though it seemed to help a little, but it did not cured my pain and bleeding completely. As the stools pass I feel a sharp pain followed by bleeding, the pain then stays for the whole day. I also used pilex forte ointment but that also did not help me. I do not know what to do, I am already drinking 3-4 litres of water a day. Still no change.
