The fingers of my hands and toes are very dry, swelled and red and hurt a lot when touched. Burning pain what could the condition possibly be? They itch too. A dermatologist diagnosed this condition as allergic urticaria and prescribed azifast 500, teczine 5, methylprednisolone 32 mg but there's no improvement please suggest a treatment plan. Could my soap be causing it?

Since when r you having this?What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion- itching increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains? It can be because of dermatitis/ eczema or allergy or dryness or fungal infection or psoaiasis etc. I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area.
