What was the treatment for sinusitis? Is surgery needed for it and how much treatment costs?

If sinusitis is associated with polyps in the nose or drainage of sinus is blocked and there is no improvement even after medication, surgery (fess i. E functional endoscopic sinus surgery) is required. For sinusitis u can take tab. Allegra-m daily at bed time and ezicas-f nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day for 2 weeks. Ct is required to find out the underlying pathology.

If sinusitis is not managed by medication, or recurs frequently, or ct scan suggests extensive disease, then a surgery would be indicated.
