Pap smear (-)age 42 but suspect high risk hpv along with hsv1& cmv (detected) last 14 years and adenomyosis from 2019, non stop heavy bleeding for month, itching,bulky cervix. Can high risk hpv always develop cancers & when next pap done? Doxy100&metrogyl continue.

Risk is high but not absolute. Get your Pap smear every year and if HPV comes negative every three years. Since you are having menstrual problems, you can also consider Mirena or surgery.

Considering the age, go for colposcopy with biopsy. If the tests are negative you can opt for mirena or any hormonal pills to control the bleeding.
