21 m my left groin develops pain when I get erection mostly after erection when it gets flaccid. I get instant precum and my testicles hangs very low right after erection, also the veins in scrotal hurts. This happens only on the left side, if wny one have any idea what this is ad what should I do plss help me because erection can be random and it always make me uncomfortable. I also got it checked by doctors they just give me antibiotics and pain reliever also ultrasound comes normal. Also I had nightfall basically I ejaculated in the morning while asleep, the semen was less and clear is this something to worry.
