I am having pain in left arm that is going to left chest, back n neck. How to differentiate if it's cervical or heart problem. Few days back got ecg done that was normal. Sometimes get pain in temple region in forehead which goes onto ears. I am very stressed and anxious because of these pains. Want to know the correct diagnosis. please help.
