I am 49y/f. From last few days I feel discomfort in my chest which keeps shifting. My ecg is normal. Cbc normal, fasting blood sugar 118.0 mg/dl. Sudden palpitation, light dizziness, pleygm, body shivers when this happens and lost much weight recently what other test I need to do. Please advice me, doctor.
