Hello sir since 5 years I am suffering from. Pcod my age is 30 years I am consulting endocrinologist here he have suggested me aldactone 50 mg since 6 months I took orval g now Dr. stopped it I took metformin tooo I am taking good diet but all time I use to get sugar level random 70 I dnt understand why I have low sugar problems my both parents are diabetic what's the reason for low sugar my body dnt make sugar is it symptoms of diabetes please confirm it why I get sugar all time low and I get faint even blood pressure is also 70/90.

Metformin may rarely cause blood sugar to fall. Stop it for a week or 10 days and recheck your blood sugar levels. If it is high, you need a lower dose of Metformin. If it is still low, maintain your diet and take Ovabless tablets twice daily.
