I'm 15dpo. Ive been on ovulation monitoring and given 10000 iu of ovulation induction. Now i’m on duphaston 10 mg for 20 days since 7dpo. I have no symptoms other than fatigue. I get extremely tired by night and sleep more than 9 hrs. I started getting cramps and thigh pains from 10dpo. When should I test for upt? I saw some brown discharge and pink discharge today from evening only when I wipe. Very light light brown.

Do the urine pregnancy test immediately. Make the duphaston twice daily and contact your specialist as early as possible for an ultrasound scan.

Hello, you can test for pregnancy via upt kit if it has been 30 days since your hcg trigger. Best to test with early morning sample. If earlier or you have any doubt with upt kit you can do a bhcg blood (serum) test.
