After that I consult a doctor, he gave me some anti-anxiety tablets for 10 days. Now I was feeling good. Bt after 2 months I am again suffering from excessive thought, worry and fear. And I am unable to sleep properly .everything I sleep. Some vivid dreams come in each night. Thats why I am unable to feel calm and having headache on back side everyday. Hello, In view of the stressful situation and multiple symptoms it will be advisable to continue anti anxiety medication. Too much of anxiety causes worry, fear, tension headaches, heart palpitations, excessive thoughts, etc. These all are classics symptoms of anxiety and make life miserable. If anti - anxiety tablets are not helping you fully, try to get treated for anxiety and not its symptoms only. And develop life long coping mechanisms. A better life balance, good sleeping - waking up cycle, a diet rich enough to activate serotonin (a neurotransmitter to enhance mood by keeping you calm and focused) may also help you. But the most important addition into the course of your treatment would be counselling and psychotherapy. It can help you to sleep better and get rid of excessive worry thoughts. I am also open for online consultations and you can approach me or any other counselor/psychologist. Hope you feel better soon.
