I gone through hbsa test and result is 129.10 hihh, non reactive. Ast is 70, high please tell me what kind of health issue I am/may suffer due to this. What is the treatment and where to I approach first.

This is an uncommon phenomenon in chronic hbv infection. During stage hbv dna may still be detectable by pcr in serum and more often in the liver.
