I am 20 years old male. Since last year i'm facing one problem its happens rarely like once in 2 or 3 months. The problem is difficult to speech (last for around 5 mins and then gets back to normal) it's not related to oral tissues it's my mind I cannot think anything at that moment I feels like my brain gets numb at that moment. But other than communication (i.e speaking) I can do and think anything and it occurs mostly while having food. Now it's getting little frequent (like once in a month) comparing last year. What could be the possible causes and what should I do? Thank you.
