My us abdomen scan shows liver size is 142 mm now but previously (1 year back result was 138 mm) and spleen size now is 72 mm but previously (1 year back result was 101 mm) is there any problem with my liver and spleen?

The mean liver size was 150.04 � 14.84 mm among males, 147.57 � 18.32 mm among females, and 149.8 � 16.73 mm in the whole study group. Normally, the spleen does not extend inferior to the left costal margin; hence a normal spleen is seldom palpable through the anterolateral abdominal wall. It varies in size and shape but it is usually 12 cm long, 5 cm thickness, and 7 cm wide. As you can see, your size is normal and you need not worry
