I am a breastfeeding mother ,n due to heavy menstrual bleeding my gynecologist suggest me to take primolut n for 14 days .but allot of negative reviews seen .is it harmful for baby should I completely avoid breast feeding.

Hello, you can try take tab TRAPIC 500mg thrice a day first. This is not a hormonal tablet. Will not affect the baby. It will affect the quality or quantity of breast milk either.

Since this is suggested by a gynecologist she will definitely would have not given you are harmful medicine to to control the bleeding. Since the bleeding need to be controlled the doctor would have given medicine and which is safe in lactation period as it doesn't reduce the amount of flow.
