Hello doctor, i'm 17.5 weeks pregnant today. During my 12 weeks scan I had low lying placenta grade 0 maturity lower margin covering internal os fully. At 16th week I noticed spotting and little bleeding on and off. So I spoke to my doctor who then did emergency usg. Also the same report was obtained that is low lying placenta grade 0 maturity lower margin covering internal os fully. Doctor gave me proluton 500 and told to continue it weekly till 36-37 weeks. Also i'm put on complete bed rest. Kindly let me know how much of bed rest is required to take and what can be the complications if I do not take it properly.
