Today I did two test. One is urine analysis and another one anti dsdna test. On the test report of urine analysis, my albumin is and for anti dsdna 176.4 right now m taking omnacortil 5 mg, immutil s 360, ecosprin 75 mg n calcium. Pliz suggest me about treatment n what medications should I do? I am 28 years old female, unmarried.right now no illness to me, felt lik totally healthy.

1. You have an autoimmune disease lupus. 2. Anti ds dna is a/w lupus nephritis (look after and monitor your kidneys) 3.any family history of the disease / any other rashes / body aches? 4. Any other blood tests have been done other than anti ds dna. 5. Depending on response to treatment and s.creatinine levels, you might need a biopsy. 6. You are leaking albumin (protien) from your kidneys into your urine. 7. Make sure you are mentally prepared ,if in future you need a kidney transplant.
