Hello doctors I am 30 year old male ,i use to have sex with my gf once in a month and whenever we have sex I use take tablets like penagara ,juan like dat ,i have continued dis for 4 or five years and still I take tab wen ever I have sex, will it cause any side effects? And please advise me how to increase my erection timing.

It won't cause any problem till you keep using it. But your body will get adapted to it. And a time will come when, you won't get sufficient erections without this tablets. Being natural is the best medicine. My advise as of now is, try to slowly reduce the intake of tablets that you are using. And then gradually stop it. It will take some time for your body to adapt, but it will adapt for sure.
