Hello. Tramadol is an opioid drug. Withdrawing suddenly from tramadol will cause you problems like intense body pain, diarrhoea, watery eyes, disturbed sleep, irritability among others. It is best managed after getting admitted under psychiatrist. Meanwhile you can try to reduce the dose of tramadol on your own. Do exercise atleast 10 minutes a day. Stay busy. Involve in a new hobby.
