Last night while I was asleep, a mole rat bit my finger and there was some bleeding for a while, but subsided as I wiped it with dettol. As of now, only the tiny tooth imprint can visible if looked carefully. Do we have to take any further precautions or actions?

As small animals such as mice, rats ,moles donot carry rabies. So no further treatment is necessary.
