I am 19-20 years aged female. I don't take alcohol. In my lft blood test, thyrocare: my alp is 138.51 and sgot is 33.08. I don't have any fatty liver symptoms but it may pains while pressing abdomen. What grade fatty liver could it be, is it serious or is it curable? Internet shows it's normal range but not thyrocare report. Should I be worried?
