I usually distract whenever I do the study. I can't concentrate on study. Why? Please give solution as much as possible.

Easy distraction is due to poor attention span and poor concentration levels. You can increase that by adopting simple techniques. Divide your study topic into small related parts, study in breaks, relax after 30-45 min of study, try to recollect that you have gone through every 30 min in short and then only begin another topic. Always correlate things that you have studied. Donot study unrelated topics on same day.
