Hi guys, is any one else also facing this issue. I get extremely hungry (start getting nausea & continuous burps) then after I eat I feel fine for 1-2 hrs then again the continuous burps and nausea starts along with extreme hunger which becomes a cycle and only stops after I take a h2 blocker (rantac) and antivoimit (domperidone (10 mg)) since I have emetophobia.

Which can only be diagnosed after ugi endoscopy. First and the foremost thing that you have to do is that, you must start taking easily digestible foods like khichdi, etc etc. And start avoidance of food that increases you complaints and avoid spicy and oily food. One more thing is you have to eat in time, exact time. If you follow this for 2-3 months, your symptoms will reduce. If not, you have to take proper homeopathic medications for cure. This medicine (proton pump inhibitor (ppi).) will not cure problem. It only works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach. The day you do not take medicine normal acid production will be there n you will have symptoms. Do this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. It contains a lot of fiber which will help reduce tendency for constipation 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 11. Take half cup of cold milk when you feel acidity, it will help. Curd is good for u. 12. If its very severe then elevate your bed raising the head of your bed six to eight inches can help gravity keep gastric acid down in your stomach.
