Recently I have been diagnoses with multiple nabothian cysts on cervix and I have pcod problem (both ovaries are bulky in size and show multiple small follicles in peripheral distribution with mild increase in stromal echogenicity s/o polycystic pattern of ovaries). I want to know why do I get nabothian cysts because i'm not sexually active.

Nabothian cysts have nothing to do with sex. That is an insignificant finding. Pcos is a disease where there is a hormonal imbalance. Depending on your complaints, examination, reports, and stage of life treatment differs, and it also needs more time to get yourself treated with patience. Meet gynecologist in whom you have trust as you will need to go for a long time to him/her. Overweight is very common so in case you have that reduction of weight helps tremendously.
